Academics

Academic achievement is the core focus for Inspired and PaRK IS, as these lead to qualifications that open the doors to the best universities and career options in Portugal and abroad. The progress of our students and the results they attain in exams, from IGCSE to A Levels and IBDP, are as important as every other aspect of our educational approach. We teach students to commit to excellence and work with each one individually so they can achieve their best in each subject year after year.

Sports

The benefits of a strong sports programme integrated into the curriculum go far beyond physical health. Inspired’s sporting pillar stands for health and well-being, motivation, self-discipline and self-esteem. We believe that sport helps students understand how to set goals, overcome adversity, and accept their limitations. It also teaches other vital life skills like sportsmanship or teamwork. From Physical Education classes to a wide range of sports extracurricular activities, including PaRK Team, to the unique Inspired Sports Programme, all students can find their calling.

Creative & Performing Arts

In line with Inspired's approach, PaRK IS offers the Arts as separate subjects within the curriculum from Grade 1 onwards. Inspired's Arts pillar is all about the appreciation of the arts and developing creativity. It can be used to bring together a variety of subjects and to improve knowledge and understanding of syllabus content. Our curriculum includes Visual Arts classes, Drama and Music. Creative and Performing Arts, including dance lessons and our PaRK Music Academy, are also available as extracurricular activities.
